Low Cost Transportation 

Navigating transportation can be challenging for seniors, which is why we offer a transportation program designed to help seniors access essential services, appointments, and community activities with ease. Our friendly transportation services provide door-to-door assistance, giving seniors the freedom to remain active and engaged in the community.

Light Housekeeping:

Our Light Housekeeping Program is designed to help seniors live independently at home for as long as possible. All housekeepers are thoroughly screened, including criminal record checks.

We offer affordable fees based on a sliding scale according to income.

Events and Activities:

Kootenay Seniors offers a diverse range of events and activities in our Amenity Room. From educational workshops and fitness classes to social gatherings and shared meals, there’s always something exciting happening at Kootenay Seniors. Best of all, these events are offered at no charge to members of the community, providing seniors with valuable opportunities for socialization, learning, and recreation.
