How To Request A Ride
Step 1: Complete an : Application Form
All riders must complete an application form before booking rides. If you prefer not to complete the form online or need assistance, call or email us and we will send the application to you by email or mail.
Once received, we will contact you to confirm registration.
Step 2: Request a Ride
Once confirmed, please call our office to request a ride:

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Step 3: Ride Confirmation
Your request will be scheduled and shared with volunteer drivers.
If a driver is available, you will receive a confirmation.
