All riders must complete an application form before booking rides.

• Download and print the form
• Fill it out and sign it
• Return by:
  • Drop off: 805 Nelson Ave, Nelson, BC
  • OR scan and email: seniorstransportation@nelsoncares.ca
    Once received, we will contact you to confirm registration.

Step 2: Request a Ride
To request a ride, contact our Transportation Coordinator:

  Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Step 3: Ride Confirmation
Your request will be scheduled and shared with volunteer drivers.
If a driver is available, you will receive a confirmation.

Schedule Availability:

Your request will be added to the schedule, and our volunteers

will be notified. If a volunteer is available, you’ll receive a confirmation.
