DESCRIPTION:Dance Church is a popular Weekly event held on Sundays in Nelson BC\, it is a Conscious Ecstatic Dance Practice. We journey via music and minimal direction inward towards our own truth\, then outward to discover what it means to be in community on the dance floor.  What we understand about ourselves and others on the dance floor is a metaphor for all that happens in the every day dance of our lives. Nothing is needed\, no experience or steps or fancy dress\, just a love of dance and a willingness to let go.
