Low income Seniors can get High Speed Internet Starting at $9.95 per Month

Telus has made available a lower cost internet for low-income seniors. To be eligible, individuals will need to provide a copy of their T4A(OAS) to demonstrate they receive GIS.

Eligible seniors can choose from two Internet for Good plans with unlimited data:

  • Internet 25 with speeds up to 25 Mbps for $9.95/month
  • Internet 50 with speeds up to 50 Mbps for $19.95/month

Telus says existing internet customers that join the program will see their monthly bills reduced to one of these offered plans.
