Description

The Office of the Ombudsperson receives complaints from seniors dealing with a variety of provincial public authorities. For example, if you believe you have been unfairly treated by Pharmacare, the Medical Services Plan, the Ministry of Health, a hospital or health authority, ICBC, or the Public Guardian and Trustee – they can investigate on your behalf.

Their phones are operated by real people from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Call or visit website below for more information.
